INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE CONTRACTUAL PROCESS

These General Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between

WI.WORLDANDI YOGA and the Client, relating to all transactions made through the website of the online store, whose owner is EZILINK UNITED, SL with registered office in C / PREMIA 5, 4o, 08850 GAVA, BARCELONA, with CIF number: B66998428, registered in the Commercial Registry of BARCELONA GAVA, in volume 45904, page 55, page B502601 and registration number 7a.

 

The object of the website is SALE OF YOGA PRODUCTS.

As user or client, he / she expressly declares to know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. In the same way, it declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and to act necessary to access the websites of EZILINK UNITED, SL and the hiring through them.

EZILINK UNITED, SL reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update daily products and services presented on its website.

EZILINK UNITED, SL offers commercial information truthfully. This information, in some occasion, could contain some typographical error, in these cases it will proceed to its rectification. In the cases in which this error occurred in the prices and a customer had made a purchase decision based on that error, the company will notify immediately and the customer may choose to rescind the purchase

EZILINK UNITED, SL reserves the right to reject orders placed by customers who have previously had conflicts with the company, such as not withdrawing the order made through cash on delivery, returning orders frequently, etc.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

 

CONTRACTING PROCESS

Prices

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website and YES reflect the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI). If the place of delivery of an order to a customer is in another country with different currency, the final retail price may vary due to the currency exchange differences that may arise between the time of fixing the reference price and the time of purchase.

Although we try to make sure that all the prices that appear on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

Forms of payment and execution of the order

The customer can pay the amount of his order by choosing any of the following forms. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

This form of payment is valid only on the web.

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and debit entries in the accounts of the provider and the holder shall be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the refund requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that will remain obliged to EZILINK UNITED, SL to compensate the damages and losses caused as a result of said cancellation.

In the case of making a bank transfer it is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of confirmation of the order to be able to validate it.

Remember that the payment has to be made in EUROS and that all possible exchange and banking commissions are paid by the client.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. If not, EZILINK UNITED, SL could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount thereof.

Possible exchange and banking commissions are charged to the client.

The availability of the products offered by EZILINK UNITED, SL may vary depending on the demand of customers. Although we update the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be sold out at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, EZILINK UNITED, SL will notify the client at the time it becomes aware of this situation.

 

AFTER CONTRACTING

After the purchase process the customer will receive a confirmation of the same by email. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicate a valid email. If in 24 hours from the end of the order you do not receive the confirmation, please contact EZILINK UNITED, SL at the customer service telephone number 0034693291233 or through the email info@wiworldandi.com

 

The customer, upon receiving the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to desist, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons.

As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, can’t be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

 

Return and transportation expenses

If you wish to return a product, the return will be handled by the company and the cost of the return will be borne by the company. In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, it is requested that, in order to avoid transport problems, it should be ensured that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check your status. The moment we check that both the article, as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.

 

Cancellation of the order

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. In the case of an annulment after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.

 

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
